Science Week and a Monivea Trail!

Last Week was Science Week (9th - 13th November).

We watched videos from the National Aquarium, during our lunch breaks. We learnt about lots of different fish and life in the seas off our coast.

We also gathered interesting Scientific facts about lots of different topics and made a wall for Science Week in our Classroom.

We have been learning about different types of environments that people live in around the world, for geography. We watched a video about some very interesting places, we researched the Amazon Rain forest for group projects and then we went for a walk in Monivea to look at our local environment. Ms Curran is a student teacher that is working in our classroom this month. She wrote a great Monivea Trail with questions for us to answer on our walk.
