MAKING BUTTER

This week we combined our Science and Mathematical  skills to make butter!!! 

We set off the timer. We began by measuring out our cream.

 We shook and shook to our hearts content. The children very quickly saw how hard our ancestors worked in the past when making butter by hand.

 We wrote up our experiments and what we had learned.















What a fantastic day!!!! Our butter was a complete success. Every child tried and enjoyed their hard work. Our only problem, we ran out of crackers!!!!!!Well done 3rd and 4th, I'm very proud of all your hard work!!!!!!
